Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, directing the second respondent to bring the body of Shruthiksha daughter of Mayilathal aged about 17 years before this Honourable Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd and 4th Respondent and hand over to the custody of the Petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent to produce her daughter Shruthiksha, aged 17 years and set her at liberty.

2.The second respondent has produced the detenue before us today. The petitioner is present along with her counsel. We enquired the detenue and she is willing to go with her mother viz., the petitioner. The petitioner is also willing to take the detenue.

3.In the result, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the detenue is at liberty to go with her mother viz., the petitioner.
