Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Insurance Company is the Appellant herein the Appeal. The petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copies of the order dated 25.10.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.5217 of 2021 on the file of the learned Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Since the petition is with regard to dispense the production of certified copies of the order dated 25.10.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.5217 of 2021, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.15076 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
