Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the track record of the Post Office, by which, it is mentioned that the notice has been delivered on 16.06.2026. The Post Office Track record is taken on record.

2. Inspite of service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, neither they appeared through counsel to argue the case, nor they represented in person before the court.

3. Accordingly, a last opportunity of 3 days is given to the respondents 3 and 4 to file counter affidavit.

4. Mr.M.Dinesh, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) has filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the same is taken on record.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for allowing 3 days time to file rejoinder.

6. The Office is directed to print the name of the respondents 3 and 4 in the cause list.
