Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the impugned Marriage Certificate No.34/2017 dated 28.12.2017 issued under Special Marriage Act and quash 1/4

the same as illegal and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel and delete the records of the above Registration.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Marriage Certificate dated 28.12.2017 on various grounds and for a direction to the respondents to cancel and delete the records of the registration of the said marriage certificate.

2. However, the said prayer before this Court is not maintainable and the petitioner has to approach the appropriate forum for his remedy. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is misconceived. 2/4
