(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer against forbearing of respondent No.3 to grant electricity connection to respondent No.5 has become infructuous, as the learned counsel for respondent No.5 states that after verifying the documents which show patta is in favour of respondent No.5, electricity connection already stands granted.
