ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Nithyanandam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking directions upon respondents 3 to 5 to stop the unauthorised construction put up by respondents 6 and 7.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that notice has been issued on 15.11.2022, for inspection of the property. Further steps in accordance with law to remove the unauthorised construction if any, would be undertaken, preferably within three months from today.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
