ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.53 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.30654 of 2019 dated 06.01.2020 that the petitioner is directed report before respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.53 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.30654 of 2020 dated 06.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
