This petition has been filed to modify the condition on the petitioner in para 6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17186 of 2022 dated 25.07.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m. for period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
