... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertains to dated 12.07.2019 bearing D-11/Pkm/Sasco/70/2019 passed by the First Respondent, quash the same.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner has been informed by letter Ref. No. Projects/Pkm/70/Sasco/2019 dated 24.09.2019 issued by the First Respondent, that his request for revocation of the cancellation order would be considered subject to payment of differential land cost as per the prevailing procedure. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt and informs that the Petitioner would take further action in accordance with the same. Nothing remains for further consideration to be decided in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that depending upon the outcome of the decision of the First Respondent and if such necessity arises, it would be open to the Petitioner to pursue his remedies for appropriate reliefs before the competent forum.
