ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15731 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The leanred Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15731 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.
