ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.73 of 2023 on the file of the learned

District Munsif (Full Additional Charge), Arni, Tiruvannamalai District, within the time frame to be fixed by this court.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 12.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif (Full Additional Charge), Arni, Thiruvannamalai District, as to how long he would take to dispose of the application. The learned District Munsif (FAC), Arni, has sent a report dated 12.08.2024. He has stated that on account of the boycott of courts by the Advocates in Arni, he had no other option except to adjourn the matter from 04.07.2024 to 31.07.2024. When this aspect is pointed out to Mr.D.Babu Varadharan, learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner, he would state that on the next hearing date, his counterpart will be present before the court and will address the arguments. His submission is placed on record.

3. In the light of the above discussion, the learned District Munsif (FAC), Arni, Tiruvannamalai District, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.7 of 2023 on or before 27.09.2024. In the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
