ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17438 of 2020, dated 06.11.2020 in para No.6(c) that the petitioner shall stay at Madhuranthagam and report before the Madhuranthagam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17438 of 2020, dated 06.11.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17438 of 2020, dated 06.11.2020, is relaxed.
