Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to complement the order of the 3rd respondent issued in Pa Mu.71/2019/B3, 1/5
dated 07.03.2019, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2023 for deleting the wrong entries made in the Revenue Records relating to the land to an extent of 0.86.0 Hectares, comprised in Survey No.22/1, Chikka Averipalli Village, Kakkadhasam Sub Taluk, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta to the petitioner, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to implement order passed by the third respondent in Pa.Mu.71/2019/B3, dated 07.03.2019.

It is the case of the petitioner that the property situated in S.No.22/1 with an extent of 0.86.0 hectares of land belonged to him and the same was wrongly classified as "Aanadhenam" land in the revenue records. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 07.03.2019 seeking deletion of wrong entry and issuance of patta in his name. The representation was duly considered by the third respondent and an order was passed dated 07.03.2019 directing deletion of wrong entry and restoration of 2/5
the patta in the name of Lakshmamma, wife of Maniyappa, however, the said order has not been implemented. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come by way of this Writ Petition.
3. It is not in dispute that the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, passed an order as early as on 07.03.2019 deleting the wrong entry in the revenue records and restoration of the patta in the name of the petitioner' vendor Lakshamma, wife of Maniyappa. Therefore, the fourth respondent is duty bound to implement the same and hence, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent dated 07.03.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
