Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor Son Syed Sulaiman, aged 15 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

2. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, namely, Syed Sulaiman, aged about 15 years. He had filed the Habeas Corpus Petition praying that this court may be pleased to direct the the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor Son Syed Sulaiman, aged 15 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

3. It has been stated that the detenu has been missing since 01.02.2016. In such circumstances, the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent police, on 02.02.2016. Thereafter, the body of the detenu had been found in the Well, on 04.02.2016. In such circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary.
