Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the orders dated 22.01.2009 and 19.07.2010 in Letter No.16036/152/NiPi 3 (1)/ Koppu.Vaarisu Velai/2008 and the order in Letter No.04373/349/NiPi 3 (1)/ Ko.Vaa.Ve/2010 passed by the 2nd respondent respectively, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide the petitioner forthwith compassionate appointment, award costs. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that there are certain subsequent changes in the compassionate appointment scheme issued by the respondent board. In view of this matter, the writ petitioner choses to withdraw this writ petition for the purpose of making a fresh application in this regard.
