3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpattu, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.193/2014 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
