JUDGMENT

In the instant case, when the matter came up for hearing on 24.01.2024, none appeared in this case and hence, the matter was adjourned for four weeks. Thereafter, the case was listed on 26.02.2024. On that day, this Court had specifically directed the learned counsel for the appellant to serve the typed set of papers on the counsel appearing on behalf of respondents and adjourned the case to 25.03.2024. The matter was once again called on 25.03.2024 and the same status quo was maintained. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant is seeking for time and the learned counsel for respondents reported before this Court that they are yet to be served with typed set of papers.

2.

It is clear from the above that the learned counsel for the appellant is not interested in conducting the case and hence, this appeal is dismissed for default. No cost.
