O R D E R

This Court on 20.2.2020 has passed an order questioning the Government Advocate as to the validity of the documents and posted the matter on 25.02.2020 thereafter on 03.03.2020 and finally today. At this stage, today the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Though the Petitioner has sought for liberty to file fresh Petition, this Court is not inclined to grant any liberty. The Petitioner will work out his remedy as per law.
