ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking to extend the leave already granted by this Court on 27.11.2020, the present petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the presence of the convict is required to take care of his mother, who underwent eye surgery.
4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the reason assigned is true.
5.Inasmuch as the reason assigned is not in dispute, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted to the convict for a period
of one week on the same conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 27.11.2020. The convict shall return back to the prison at 05.00 p.m. on 30.12.2020.
6.With the above directions, this miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
