This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the second respondent/proposed second respondent as the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.17532 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.9628 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no serious objections to substitute the proposed respondent in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.17532 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.9628 of 2021.
