(Crime No.683 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6921 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11516 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6921 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11516 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The leanred Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6921 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11516 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is directed to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
