O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 30.12.2018 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the hearing of the enquiry has been fixed at 11.00 a.m. on 07.08.2019 before the Third Respondent and that notice for the same would be issued in advance to the concerned parties. It shall be ensured that there is at least one effective hearing every week showing progress of the matter.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The Third Respondent, after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
