Heard.

This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the respondents 4 to 7 not to create any law and order problem, by arranging any festival of Arulmigu Kambathaiyan Thirukoil, Anandhampalayam, Singampettai village and post, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, without obtaining necessary orders from the third respondent. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents 4 to 7 had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, since the prayer in the writ petition relates to the period, between 4.6.2013 and 6.6.2013. As the said period had expired, no further orders are necessary from this Court, at this stage.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 had submitted that the issue, relating to the trusteeship of the temple, is pending before the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Coimbatore, in O.A.No.29 of 2012. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, at this stage. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
