By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Mr.P.Muthamizh Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Purushothaman, Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the request of the petitioner to transfer patta in his name has been considered and after due enquiry, orders have been passed by the Tahsildar, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Deputy Tahsildar, South Zone, Pollachi, to issue Joint patta in the name of the petitioner, in respect of S.No.332/2B1, Jamin Uthukuli Village, Pollachi Taluk.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that pursuant to the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Pollachi, dated 26.09.2019, Joint patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner and patta has been received by him.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
