ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the first and second petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 directing the petitioner to report before respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the first and second petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
