Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent/father of the petitioner appeared before this Court and the petitioner fairly submitted that he is ready to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month to the fourth respondent and he is also ready to allot one portion of the residential premises for stay of the 4th respondent and the said suggestion was also agreed by the 4th respondent.

2. In view of the above facts, there shall be an order of interim direction, directing the petitioner to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month to the fourth respondent, from the date of this order and shall continue to pay the said amount every month on or before the 5th day of every English Calendar month till the disposal of this petition. Further, the petitioner is directed to allot one portion in the residential premises for the stay of the 4th respondent/father within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Post the matter on usual course.
