ORDER
(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) Mr. A. Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] but made a plea to preserve the rights and contentions of writ petitioner to come back to this Court on the same issue, if there is change of circumstance. Scanned reproduction of the endorsement made by Mr. V. Venkatanathan, another learned counsel on record for writ petitioner in the case file is as follows:
Request for withdrawal is acceded to.
In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn, albeit with preservation of rights in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
