When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect. "The above Tr.C.M.P. has become infructuous and it may be dismissed recording the same.".
