ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17931 of 2020, dated 11.11.2020, shall stay at Pondicherry and report before the D.Nagar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4.In view of the same the conditions to be modified by directing the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikal, on the first working day of January 2021 and February 2021 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the concerned Magistrate Court.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
