ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondent submits that without admitting the allegations made in the Tr.C.M.P. the respondent gives his consent for transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.3589 of 2015 as prayed for. An endorsement to that effect has been made.
2. The endorsement is recorded. The Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P No.3589 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of IIIrd Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai. The transferee Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the H.M.O.P expeditiously. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
