Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with impugned panel of 2012 of B.T. Assistant and B.Ed. Middle School Headmaster as on 1.1.2012 and panel of 2013 of B.T. Assistant and B.Ed. Middle School Headmaster as on 1.1.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent and consequential proceedings of promotion of the respondents 4 and 5 as Middle School Headmaster passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1791/A5/2013 dated 28.5.2013 and quash the same and directing the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the seniority of the petitioner in Serial No.2 of B.T. Assistant panel and Serial No.2 of B.Ed. Middle School Headmaster panel of 2012 as on 1.1.2012 and subsequent panel of 2013 as on 1.1.2013 and promote the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster w.e.f. 28.05.2013 with all consequential benefits.
