Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms(1D) No.121 dated 09.04.2010 and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioners to participate in all the school level sports meets and competition held by the respondents 1 to 2 in the state of Tamil Nadu including the SGFI competitions and consider him as the State Board student on the basis of certificates issued in such common sports meets / competition up to the National level for selection to professional and educational Courses under sports quota.
