This petition is filed to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the judgment dated 15.09.2022 passed in Special S.C.No.12 of 2021 by the Learned Special Judge for POCSO Cases, Cuddalore.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl Side) takes notice for the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
