This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above appeal.

Mrs.Nalini Chidambaram, learned Senior Advocate representing Mrs.C.Uma, learned counsel on record for the seventh respondent / caveator, submitted that she has no objection in condoning of delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
