It is stated by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that it was agreed by the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- in full quit and the respondent(s) have agreed to receive the said sum as full quit and a memo was also filed to that effect by the the counsel who represented the revision petitioner earlier.

3. Hence, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks time to ascertain the facts with the revision petitioner and report to this court.
