Heard both sides. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent himself has no objection for transferring the I.D.O.P. filed by him on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the I.D.O.P.No.16 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur and transferred to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai for disposal according to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
