The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to call for the records of the first respondent in G.O.(D) No.33, Industries (MMDI) Department, dated 17.05.2005.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was not allowed to quarry the mines, in terms of the lease granted. In view of the factual position as on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
date, nothing survives for further consideration in the writ petition and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be closed.
