A.No.3632 of 2023 in C.S.DR.No.92751 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA, J.

This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant to institute a suit before this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.R.Rajagopalan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. The applicant / plaintiff is seeking to file the above suit for partition by including the suit properties which are situated at Chennai, Minjur, Kodaikanal and Villupuram.

4. The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submitted that the major chunk of the suit property is situated in Chennai and in order to avoid partial partition, leave should be granted to include the other properties also in respect of partition.

5. Considering the nature of the suit and the fact that a portion of the suit property is situated at Chennai and that the parties are also residing at Chennai, leave is granted to the applicant to institute the suit before this Court.
