Mr.S.Karthikeyan, Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER (The case has been heard through video conference) Both petitions have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P Nos.15905 & 15316 of 2020, dated 15.10.2020, in para 7(b) that the petitioners shall at Salem and

report before the Salem Town Police daily at 11.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall not move out of the municipal limits of Salem city.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.15905 & 15316 of 2020 dated 15.10.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.15905 & 15316 of 2020, dated 15.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are modified.
