Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the Hon'ble Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to dispose off the I.A.No.1146 of 2017 in O.S.No.1737 of 2017 within the time limit fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr. L. Mouli

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to dispose off the I.A.No.1146 of 2017 in O.S.No.1737 of 2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there was a dispute in the subject property and also with regard to collection of rents. Hence, the first respondent herein has filed I.A.No.1146 of 2017 in O.S.No.1737 of 2017 to restrain the petitioner herein from interfering with the right of the first respondent herein to collect the rent amounts in the subject property and the same was pending till date. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only the first respondent has filed the above I.A, but after filing of the I.A he is not

interested to settle the issue and simply dragging the proceedings. As a result of which the I.A is pending for more than six years without any progress. Hence he prays this Court to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore is directed to to dispose the I.A.No.1146 of 2017 as well as the O.S.No.1737 of 2017 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
