This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15403 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15403 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation is relaxed.
