Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first to fifth respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the third respondent on the recommendation dated 12.08.2021 of the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders for appointing the petitioner based on the recommendation of the Chief Educational Officer within the aforesaid period. No costs.
