This petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri to have a joint trial of the said case with H.M.O.P.No.248 of 2014 pending in the Family Court of Dharmapuri.

2. The respondent has entered appearance through counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submit that the cause of action for seeking transfer for joint trial, no longer survives as the H.M.O.P.No.248 of 2014 has been disposed of after contest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above said representation, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
