O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to include his name for promotion to the post of Assistant for the year 2012 without insisting the Land Survey Training.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is permitted to submit a comprehensive representation to the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the second respondent and in case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the second respondent on merits and taking into account the fact that the petitioner was belatedly sent for training and the same was not on account of his negligence. The representation should be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
