ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue a copy of the patta standing in the name of the petitioner's grandfather Late Parasuramagounder for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. A counter has been filed by the respondent. In paragraph No.5 of the counter, the respondent has categorically stated that for the subject survey numbers for which the petitioner claims that the patta stands in the name of the petitioner's grandfather, on verification, it has been found that as detailed in paragraph No.5 that the name of the petitioner's grandfather does not find a place as per the revenue records in the pattas issued for various parties for those survey numbers. There is no evidence also placed on record by the petitioner to disprove the said contention. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court, as no patta stood in the name of the petitioner's grandfather for the said survey numbers.
