This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.90 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2016, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
