2. Hence, and having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 8 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
