In these applications, an Advocate Commissioner was appointed to repossess the respective vehicles by this Court as early as on 23.06.2025. Till date, the vehicles are yet to be located. Sufficient time has been granted by this Court to the Advocate Commissioner to execute the Warrant of Commission. No useful purpose would be served, if these applications are allowed to be kept pending when the vehicles are not traceable.

2. Hence, these applications are closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file fresh applications seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner as and when the vehicles are located.
