Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against Respondents 1 and 2 and punish them for not complying with the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.23350 of 2021.

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish Respondents 1 and 2 for not complying with the order dated 18.08.2022, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23350 of 2021.
2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, had offered his remarks in letter in D.No.1545 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.
3. As per the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, the report of the further investigation had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram.
4. In the light of the above report, the Contempt Petition is closed.
5. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, shall proceed further with the trial and dispose of the case within a reasonable period of three months.
