This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Spl.Court for NDPS Cases, Coimbatore, at 10.30 a.m. on all working days until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12527 of 2023, by order dated 26.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Spl.Court for NDPS Cases, Coimbatore, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
